INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATIONS

These are the National Anti-Doping Organizations (NADOs) signatories to the World Anti-Doping Code, such as the Monegasque Anti-Doping Committee, which are independently responsible for testing athletes of their country in- and out-of-competition.

To be recognized by the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada), they must:

  • accept the rules and principles of the Code,
  • amend its rules and policies to include the mandatory sections and principles of the Code;
  • apply its amended rules and policies in accordance with the Code.

OTHER ORGANIZATIONS

Other institutions or organizations are also signatories to the Code and are recognized by WADA.
This is the case, for example, for the Monegasque Olympic Committee or theIAAF, the International Association of Athletics Federations. Their complete list is available here.
